Sims Talk Farewell!

I have been told to confront all of you, and announce that Sims Talk will be closing down. There are several reasons to this, all can be mentioned if requested. I am not honored to have announce this farewell scheme but here is a long explanation to your question from Scott.

it has been a long 3 years since Sims Talk opened their doors, and for that reason i'd like to make a shoutout of thanks to all 5 previous rotation staff team for their efforts to keep this site going. I am obviously apart of the 5th rotation staff team, and we're sad to announce the closure of this forum. I shoutout to the original founder of this site, Jim, whom started this tenure, and his fellow colleagues that have helped him along the way. It has been 7 months on behalf of my tenure which is quiet long. It was quiet hard, when we were down for 3 months and rebutting our way to victory, and reclaimed it 2 months ago. hopefully this is understandable for those who are curious to our closure. there are several reasons to this. invalid experience, lack of devotion and pure pressure. Thus, in the long run, Sims Talk will re-open, whoever takes the turn to re-possess the site. I'd just like to mention how much effort has been put in to the site on our 5th rotation, lots of new additional features added including group consulmultiricupation, and lots more. It isn't really a loss that we're leaving, because I am positive that someone else will grab their hold of this bulletin board. I'd just like to thank kae, sam, genie, stef, kayla, JaQ and those that know who they are that contributed well into this forum. Without them, the site would be nothing. It was a loss that we didn't have our rotation of mods this time, although i hope proper candidates would apply for the role when it does come to reassurance. Last but not least, I'd like to thank all members who've contributed to the forums accordingly. without you, the forum wouldn't be what it is today. I must warn all of you now, our due date of closure is on the 24th of Aug '09. A countdown will not be taken place this time. Use this time to say your goodbyes, add your friends email addys just to keep in contact. Time will fly by, so make sure you come across the time frame!
